TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLYPIO UTILITY HUB AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (TYPICALLY ZERO FOR FREE TOOLS) OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless clypio Utility Hub from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where clypio Utility Hub operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
