How to use clypio Utility Hub

Complete instructions for navigating the site and getting the best results from every online tool.

Getting started on the site

clypio Utility Hub is free to use in your browser. Follow these general steps before diving into individual tools:

  1. 1. Open a toolFrom the home page, pick a tool card—or use the Service menu in the header to jump to any utility.
  2. 2. Enter your dataFill in the form (text, numbers, URL, etc.). Most tools work instantly in your browser without sign-up.
  3. 3. Run & copy resultsClick Generate, Convert, Start, or similar. Copy, download, or save the output for your task.
  4. 4. Try another toolUse the tool navigation on each page to switch utilities, or return home to explore more.

General tips

  • No account is required for standard tools—open a page and start immediately.
  • Use a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) for the best experience.
  • On mobile, rotate to landscape for wider tools such as Markdown preview or typing test.
  • Sensitive data (passwords, personal URLs) should be handled on trusted devices and networks.
  • Scroll below each tool for in-depth articles explaining features and best practices.

Finding tools

  • Home page — browse popular tools and open any card to start.
  • Service menu (header) — dropdown list of all utilities on desktop.
  • Mobile menu — tap the menu icon for Home, About, and the full tool list.
  • Tool pages — use on-page navigation to switch to related tools without returning home.

Return to the home page anytime to explore new utilities.

Typing Speed Test

Measure words per minute (WPM) and accuracy while typing a sample passage.

  1. Start the testOpen the tool and click Start (or begin typing when prompted). A random passage appears in the preview area.
  2. Type the passageType in the input box. Correct characters are highlighted; mistakes are marked so you can correct them.
  3. View live statsWatch WPM, accuracy, and error counts update as you type. Focus on accuracy first, then speed.
  4. Finish and reviewComplete the passage or stop the timer. Review your final WPM and accuracy, then retry or load a new text.

Pro tips

  • Practice daily with the same posture and keyboard for consistent results.
  • Use the refresh option for a new random passage.

Password Generator

Create strong random passwords with custom length and character types.

  1. Set lengthDrag the slider to choose password length (4–64 characters). 16+ is recommended for accounts.
  2. Choose character typesEnable uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. At least one type must be selected.

  1. Pick a categorySelect Length or Weight from the category control.
  2. Choose unitsSet “from” and “to” units (e.g. Meters → Feet or Kilograms → Pounds).
  3. Enter value & convertType the amount and click Convert. The result appears immediately.
  4. Swap unitsUse the swap control to reverse direction and convert the other way.

  • Double-check critical measurements against official references.
  • Use a dot or standard decimal format for fractional values.

Online To-Do List

Add, complete, and remove tasks in a simple session-based list.

  2. Mark completeClick the checkbox next to a task when finished. Progress shows at the top.
  3. Remove tasksUse delete on individual items to clear completed or unwanted entries.

  • Tasks are stored for your current session—note important items elsewhere if you close the tab.
  • Break large projects into small, actionable task names.
